Kristina offers a calm helpful presence to guide me through things that life throws my way. She listens, and is very good to suggest ways to cope and manage through these times. I attend regularly with Kristina and she has become like a comfort blanket in my life that I don't want to lose. Considering that I still have my childhood comforter - that is saying something!
